Our story
An HR practice built on craft, not catalogue.
Patika İK was founded in 2012 by HR professionals who wanted to do consulting differently — close to the floor, light on slides, heavy on outcomes.
We are headquartered in Beyoğlu, Istanbul, and serve clients across Turkey from start-ups scaling their first HR function to mid-market firms re-architecting after rapid growth. Whatever the brief, our promise is the same: clear diagnosis, transparent recommendations, and shoulder-to-shoulder execution.
We believe every organisation is unique, but every healthy HR system shares the same fundamentals: clear roles, fair evaluation, honest feedback and a real plan for development. Our job is to translate those fundamentals into a practice that fits your culture.
